Annually, AJMet organizes a team building event to encourage and motivate our staff to be good team players on and off the field. This year, our theme is “One-Time Working in Harmony.”
“The team building event was very eventful & mind-opening. However, the challenging part is when you’re on-site and faced with a problem. Can’t wait to see how they will apply it at work.”
Working in teams is important as it not only maintain a harmonious working environment, it also helps solve on-site problems, boost efficiency, and it indirectly encourage you to expand new skillsets by observing & learning from your colleagues.
As we all know, TEAM stands for Together Everyone Achieves More.
